Michelle Sinning

Principal – Throughout her 30-year career, Michelle Sinning has led communications initiatives in a broad range of industries. With the first half of her career spent at large independent ad agencies and PR firms in San Diego and the Midwest, Michelle has cultivated a unique skillset at the intersection of PR and Advertising—she began her career with a public relations focus then later, once entrenched in the advertising agency world, she honed skills as creative director and media buyer. Michelle’s crisis and reputation management consulting has resulted in neutralizing or minimizing negative coverage for clients on such issues as land use impacts (transportation, renewable energy and private development), soil and groundwater contamination, employee embezzlement, corporate fraud, healthcare, sensitive corporate mergers and acquisitions and more.

Sarah Peacock Director

Sarah Peacock

Principal – Sarah is a senior-level public affairs, communication, information, outreach and involvement professional, specializing in transportation and infrastructure projects. An excellent public speaker and facilitator, she is effective under pressure, comfortable in front of large groups and successfully delivers highly technical and complex information to diverse audiences clearly and concisely. She has extensive experience both in the governmental agency and consulting realms of transportation and has developed successful strategies to manage issues and mitigate impacts associated with planning and constructing controversial and high-impact transportation projects in urban areas. She has a wealth of experience in managing communications strategies for issues impacting communities, and spent several years managing crises for the Mississippi and Florida Department of Transportation. 

 

Tim Scerba

Senior Consultant – Tim Scerba is a recognized international strategic corporate and marketing communications expert with extensive experience in all aspects of corporate reputation, crisis, and sensitive issues management. Tim has held senior positions with leading international communications and public relations agencies including Burson-Marsteller, Edelman, Hill & Knowlton, Rogers & Cowan/Weber Shandwick, and The Rowland Company–and he has extensive experience working abroad. His sector work includes healthcare, land use, energy/natural resources, aviation, automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, financial services, legal, tourism and entertainment, public works, environmental, manufacturing, consumer electronics and consumer products. His other areas of expertise include reputation management, financial/investor relations, community relations, message development, and executive training. Tim is fluent in Spanish.

Taraneh Arhamsadr Account Director

Taraneh Arhamsadr

Account Director – With an 18-year tenure in nonprofit and mission-based communications, Taraneh Arhamsadr brings extensive expertise across diverse issue areas. Her experience spans crucial domains such as green workforce development, climate solutions, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and health and education advocacy. Her involvement in public information campaigns for the California High-Speed Rail Programs and Iberdrola Renewables highlights her proficiency in crafting impactful messaging for government initiatives. Throughout her career, Taraneh’s strategic communication skills have empowered organizations to effectively address critical issues, making her a valuable asset in driving positive social change. Taraneh has been instrumental in promoting health equity through her co-founding of Piper+Enza, an organization dedicated to addressing pediatric mental health disparities and ensuring equitable access to healthcare resources, particularly among underserved communities. 

 
Barb Eljenholm

Barb Eljenholm, AICP, LEED AP BD+C, SITES AP

 Senior Consultant – Throughout her 35-year career, Barb Eljenholm has led and been involved in communication and outreach programs for a wide range of projects focused on transportation, water resources and the environment. Her extensive experience ranges from local CEQA/NEPA public outreach and Sustainable SITES Initiative public engagement to facilitating Caltrans Statewide collaborative initiatives, national facilitation efforts for the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and National Forums for the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).

Creative Director –  Eric has a long history in creating innovative, award-winning work for clients such as Oakley, Disney Sports Incorporated, The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Tejon Ranch Company, Lennar, The Planning Center, Brookfield Homes, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan Motors, Beckman Medical, Irvine Company, Koll Companies, Newhall Ranch Company and the Bixby Ranch Company and many more. When he isn’t dishing up creative solutions for PSPR’s building and infrastructure clients, he serves his own client base through EMC Designs.

Lisa Carpenter

Lisa Carpenter

Lisa Carpenter is a trained coach, mediator and facilitator with 20 years experience managing and supporting consulting projects in large and small organizations. She uses her exceptionally strong interpersonal, mediation and facilitation skills to identify and value the tensions among competing demands and multiple goals—to create breakthroughs with her clients. Lisa’s prior professional experience included nearly 20 years in the engineering industry managing and supporting the identification and planning of infrastructure development projects for one of the nation’s leading engineering firms.
